North Creek Presbyterian Church invites you to participate in our first Summer Jazz Camp, part of our North Creek School of the Arts. Taught by Dr. Michael Di Liddo, director of Jazz Studies at the Wolfson Campus of Miami Dade College, the camp will focus on jazz small group performing techniques. Topics include performing from a lead sheet, jazz improvisation, chord/scale relationships, chord nomenclature, swing rhythms, repertoire and important jazz musical forms.

Who:	High school and adult instrumentalists (prior experience is required)*

Needed:	Your own instrument; electric instruments also need amplifier/instrument cable (head sets are recommended for all electric instruments)

         * Younger musicians who would like to attend may call for approval information.
