Vocal Music Director - This person will be required to oversee all vocal music in worship, including rehearsals and regular adult & teen chorus performances, oversee (but not necessarily direct) the children's chorus, find music for both, seek out and coordinate vocal soloists, duets, etc., and help find new congregational hymns and choruses.

This Christian would need to share our vision for worship and related music, have talent, training and knowledge, be good with volunteers, be a good recruiter, and have good organizational skills.

School of the Arts Developer/Director - Want to redeem the arts for the glory of God? Apply today! This person will be required to oversee the development and growth of an exciting, new church outreach to the South Florida community. Additonally, this person would help plan the school (the board, the staff, what is offered initially and what is planed long term, how to publicize), and then would oversee its calendar, staff, students, fee collecting and payment of staff, scheduling of recitals, concerts, summer music camps, etc.

This Christian would need to shave a heart for outreach, a passion to impact the community, be able to work well with the public and with the variety of musicians we'd have, have excellent communication skills, and have some business acumen. Applicant need not be a musician.
